While we hadn’t realized that communication would require downloading WhatsApp (which raised some security concerns for us), everything else went smoothly with no surprises. It does take a little patience to receive hotel details and booking confirmations, but once provided, the information is complete and thorough. The team checked in with us daily to ensure everything was running smoothly, and we always felt confident that things would work out. We were very pleased with the bookings, transfers, tours, and the trip overall—it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment.

Even if you happened to lose your way en route to a meeting point, they were quick to assist and ensure you arrived without any trouble. The only drawback was that I had expected to stay with the same group throughout the trip and to be picked up from the hotel each day before the tours. For families traveling with children, this arrangement may feel less convenient unless everything is pre?organized in advance and an additional fee is arranged. However, for solo travelers or groups of adults who enjoy walking and exploring beyond the scheduled itinerary, this setup works very well. The tours also allow free time to visit places independently, offering both flexibility and a sense of freedom.

We had an awesome trip through Switzerland, Italy, and Greece with the help of Wanderful Holidays LLC. Everything was well organized and coordinated—most activities were arranged close to our hotels, and whenever a longer transfer was needed, a driver was promptly arranged on our behalf. The only hiccup was a train ride from Switzerland to Italy, which was disrupted due to an unexpected strike by Italian train workers. This was beyond the company’s control, but Wanderful LLC quickly made alternative arrangements and even reimbursed us for what we missed. We had a wonderful vacation! Anytime I had questions, the team was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend upgrading to the 5-star hotels—our stay in Santorini was absolutely amazing! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it. My family holiday to Italy was our first trip ever to Europe. So I wanted everything to go smoothly.Thanks to Wanderful Holidays and their team, it all went extremely well. All my queries were answered promptly - thanks to Rose Amanda. All the hotel bookings, transfers and pick-ups were on point and timely. All the local guides; Marina & Linda in Rome, Andrea (also an excellent driver) in Florence and Denise in Venice, were marvellous and brimful of historical and local knowledge. Very friendly and enthusiastic. My only suggestion would be to provide some information beforehand on entry and ticketing details for attractions like Basillica San Marco and the Tower of Pisa.

A decent tour that is basically accommodation and transport covered. Most days are yours to do as you wish. There are plenty of optional excursions and upgrades that we took up at extra costs. All the accommodation was in fantastic locations near trains and/or taxis. The Republic hotel in Rome was the definition of perfect. Great service, room and location. Beware in Europes winter some hotels turn off air conditioning and just have heating which in one case the room was quite stifling. The Rialto Hotel in Venice was at the foot of the Rialto Bridge so location was brilliant. We were in fits of laughter over the decor though! We upgraded to some private transfers and our driver Massimo in Como deserves a special mention for being the best! Absolute gentleman, extremely helpful and just the nicest man.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Europe. Tourradar did a great job scheduling our tours and Hotel reservation's. If there were any questions during the vacation a representative always responded promptly and was able to assist. They did a great job and took the stress off of us.

This was an excellent tour. Starting out in Rome the hotel was conveniently located near the train station. We used the Big Bus for transportation to both our tour-provided excursions and on our free days we were able to use it to get around as well. We very much enjoyed the Coliseum/Forum tour. This was a highlight as was the Crypt and Catacomb tour. We had the option for the Big Bus night tour, but it was the same loop as the day trips we took and wasn't the greatest. On our free day we were able to visit Vatican City and the Victor Emmanual monument. We also were close enough to walk to Trevi fountain, used the Big Bus to see the Spanish Steps and Pantheon. I think we were able to cover all the bases while in Rome, maybe next time getting to Castle San Angelo and walking the Via Veneto. Florence was definitely a highlight of the tour. Once again Hotel Desiree was located near the train station. Superb staff. We made it down to the Uffizi, Duomo and Ponte Vecchio during our free time. However it would have been prudent to note that attractions such as the sculpture of David and the Duomo Cupola sell out months in advance and if we wanted to do them on our own to book them well in advance. Our half-day trip to Pisa was well guided and we had enough time in town to see the tower. Our full-day tour of Tuscany was fine as well. The local guide did confuse us a little when he was pointing out the possible chocolate and other "tastings" we could partake in San Gimignano and the stop in Monteriggioni was a little to early to experience all the shops and such. And we were only there for such a short amount of time it was a small letdown. But the winery visit and Siena were worth it. The train to Venice was easy and the hotel was once again literally across the street from the train station. Two things to note here, I wouldn't suggest the private-booth seats (1-4) in business class because if you are travelling with luggage it is pretty hard to store it in that booth. You'll have to hunt for space further down the carriage. And when arriving outside Venice in Mestre (where we stayed) to pick up the two-day travel pass it would be best to watch a You Tube video where it shows you can do it directly at a bus stop kiosk because most newsagents take cash only and it ate up my remaining Euros. Getting in and out of Mestre to Venice was simple and we had a great time! Our local guide Denise (working with Wanderful Holidays) was excellent! She did our St. Mark's & Doge's Palace tour, gondola ride and our walking tour. And she was great! Very informative, able to set up meeting places with ease, helped us navigate the waterways and gave us great tips for eating. And we enjoyed the day trips to Murano and Verano as well. All in all this relaxed tour with free days in Rome and Florence was excellent. A great mix of inclusions and free time to book our own sightseeing.

When my husband wasn't feeling well due to the heat, one text to our team later the tour we had scheduled for later that day was rescheduled to the next day so he could rest and recover! While no trip is without issues, we only experienced a couple minor hiccups which were of no fault our Wanderful and they were extremely receptive and responsive in assisting us. Very good mix of hotels, some city centre and some out of town with easy transport. Great communications throughout and reminders of trains and tour times. Only hick up we had was our driver ditched us at Zurich Airport due to a massive line for immigration. He had another job to go to. However, he did not relay that to us via text or let tour radar know. We took a taxi and were reimbursed the same day. Very good overall experience.

Denise was our tour guide. She was absolutely incredible. She was so sweet and kind to our family. It felt like we were long time friends and she was showing us her beautiful home. We would have never experienced Venice this way, without her help.

Our family of 7 took an Italy and Greece tour in June. Wanderful holidays allowed us to make small customized changes to add an extra day stop on a travel day and add an extra day at the end. Any issues that popped up, were immediately handled with grace (which inevitably happen when traveling). The hotels we stayed at were perfect for our family, airport transfers made pickups and drop offs on travel days much less stressful. Preemptively, the team asked questions about luggage etc that helped inform us on packing. Traveling with a large group is no small feat, but the team made our experience much less stressful than had we planned all of the tours/transfers on our own and we had the quick back up needed when we had questions or concerns immediately. Will definitely use them again for our next big trip!!

Wanderful Holiday's the actual tour operator for my particular tour went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to, what I would call "On the field play" or coordinating the stuff on the ground on game day. Wanderful Holiday's acted and responded in appropriate fashion when it mattered. In short Tourradar and Wanderful Holiday's for my trip did a masterful job. A couple of thinnngs I would like to mention (not negative things) At the meet up location for tours the tour guide need to make their presence more obvious. My tour guide in Venice was great, but it took a moment to find her, I think better sinage (a bright colored flag hoisted in the air) could solve the issue. Another part that may take a little getting use too are the private transfer drivers/connections. While the drivers did show up to the designated locations and most did this on time, I was never quite sure who they were or what type of vehicle they were driving. Some drivers did send a text with their picture, but that does not help when they are sitting in a dark colored vehicle with tinted windows :-). On a couple on a few occasions my wife and I were waiting for the driver and the driver was already there waiting for us. These items were minor in the grand scheme of a trip that had 11 days of a loaded itinerary. Great Job you all!

We would like to mention that our local tourguide in Venice (Denise) was the best. All in all a fantastic holiday and we willl book withh Tourradar again.

Our Italy trip was amazing! My daughter and I had a private tour to Rome, Florence and Venice. All of our guides were excellent especially Mario in Cinca Terra and Denise in Venice. They shared with us some of the hidden gems of these areas as well as the most popular spots. Mario was with us for the entire day driving us to see Cinca Terra and Pisa. Denise recommended excellent places for gelato, spritz’s, and dinner! And she agreed to meet with us earlier than planned so that we could see the inside of St Mark’s basilica. The communication via What’s App was superb and even when we were late to our tour group at the Vatican, the company came through with excellent assistance. I want to come back and would not hesitate to book with them again

My partner and I booked with Wanderful Holidays for our first trip to Italy! We did Venice- Rome- Almafi Coast. We had an incredible time. Wanderful Holidays went above and beyond for us this trip. All the travelling was well planned with reminders the day before and any questions Wanderful would get back to us immediately on WhatsApp. I made a mistake thinking that the hotel transfer was included from Naples train station to Almafi Coast, my partner and I were panicking the night before looking into public transport which would have taken another 3 hours (train, bus and ferry). Wanderful holidays searched high and low for a reputable transfer as their usual company were fully booked, by the time we woke up in the morning it was all sorted and the transfer was waiting for us at the train station. My partner and Wanderful were also in contact 2 weeks prior to our holiday as my partner wanted to organise a treat for my birthday on the last day of our trip, to my complete surprise Wanderful gifted me with beautiful roses, Prosecco and a personalised cake brought up to our hotel room! Overall I would 100% recommend Wanderful Holidays to anyone. We have had a lovely experience and made incredible memories on this trip.

We did a customized Italy tour plus 2 days Amsterdam at the end of our trip. The team was fantastic in getting us exactly what we wanted. Any time we had difficulties or questions the team was on top of it and got our issues solved almost immediately.

Our guide around Venice was the lovely Denice who was a local person with all of the local knowledge about all things Venice. We are from Australia, we enjoyed ourselves so much on her tour, her English was excellent, and so was her great sense of humour. Denise was passionate about giving us an authentic Venice experience, sharing her extensive knowledge about Venice’s past and present. Our Venice tour was definitely one of our favourites and would highly recommend. If we return to Venice we will be getting in touch with her again! We had such a fabulous time!

The trip was a great time and enjoyed by all four of us. The accommodations were not needed in Venice, but our stays in Roma and Amalfi were lovely. Shout out to the Guardian Hotel and San't Angelo Resort and Spa. The staff at both were very helpful while we stayed with them. The train connections were no trouble at all. Overall, the only thing that would be nice is being given options for hotels to choose from along with the addresses so that we can plan what items of interest might be nearby to continue our adventures. Questions were answered in a timely manner for most things. The staff was helpful although it seemed with one or two of them, there may have been a communication barrier or lack of understanding. Overall: Great tour to go on and would recommend.

My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. TourRadar was excellent. The tours they scheduled were well-run by knowledgeable and amiable guides. Of course, the Italy locations were superb. The office staff kept in constant contact, but unobtrusive. And when I changed plans on the fly, the staff was responsive and thorough. We used Wanderful Holidays for our 25 year anniversary trip to Italy. They were fairly new to planning trips in Italy and acknowledged as much. That said, they found excellent locations in Venice, Rome and the Amalfi Coast for my wife and I, and catered to our specific transfer requests. When issues occurred, they immediately rectified them (they covered the cost of a taxi we had to pay for when the airport transfer did not show up). We called them when we needed their help before and during the trip, and they were always responsive. They are a small operation, but I find the service from small operations tends to be more hands-on and very service oriented. They certainly were. Ask for Alberto and Erika.

Wanderful Holidays was the tour company that offered us a trip to Italy during the one week that we had available to travel this spring. My family of eight (husband, two kids, in-laws, mom,and grandmom) ranging in ages from 15 to 91 had a fantastic time on this week-long speedy tour of Italian highlights. The perks of using Wanderful Holidays was their handling of reserving high quality hotels in Rome, Florence, and Venice for our group. They even arranged the airport/train station transfers to hotels so that was one less thing for our group to worry about. Wanderful Holidays also helped secure early check ins at several hotels so we did not need to wander around cities with our luggage prior to stated check in times. This was a lifesaver! One of the most amazing things about each of these hotels, besides their close proximity to train stations and walkability to the city center were their amazing breakfasts offered daily. It was one thing we could count on each day, enjoying a fabulous, fruit, danish, egg/sausage and coffee filled breakfast together. Wanderful Holidays also scheduled several local tours in each of the cities visited. While in Rome, we were able to experience an in-depth tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. While in Florence, we took a day trip out of town to see Cinque Terra and Pisa. Though this day's tour driver wasn’t our favorite, it was amazing to see the gorgeous and quaint beachfront towns and travel between two of them by a local train. Unfortunately, due to our short timeline, we were not able to hike the trails between the Cinque Terra towns. (This is an adventure that we will save for a future return trip to Italy). Hands down the most excitement during this trip came from our time in Venice. After arriving at the Venice train station and taking a water taxi to our hotel, luggage and all, we were hooked. Venice living, sights, and transportation are nothing like anything we’ve experienced before. While in Venice we had two tours arranged, one a walking/gondola tour around one Venice neighborhood and the other a 6 hour day trip to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Both were fantastic and I’d recommend either to any looking for supreme Venice adventures. The Italy tour designed by Wanderful Holidays was great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well-priced tour of Italy on a short timeline. Specific feedback for Wanderful Holidays: A few recommendations that I would give to Wanderful Holidays is to share additional details related to all of the arranged tours including summary and approximate length of tour. We were caught off guard on a few adventures when we learned at tour check in the true length of tour. Knowledge of tour duration would help groups better plan for food, water, and clothing based on current weather situations. Secondly, we struggled with knowing when we should and should not be expected to tip. Tour guides yes, but what about taxis during hotel/train station/airport transfers? Are we expected to tip during dinners? Our tour book information and the internet had different philosophies on this. We were always unsure what was the “correct” amount to give throughout the trip. I don’t expect you all to have the answer, but perhaps you could provide written guidance on this topic at the time of reserving tours so this additional cost is considered.

All of the hotels were fabulous with great locations and beautiful accommodations. The tours were perfect. The team from Wanderful Holidays communicated with us every day to make sure we knew where to go and that everything was going well.
