    day 1 Arrive at Lisbon

    Arrive in Lisbon and welcome to Portugal! You will be met at the airport in Lisbon by a driver who will take you to your hotel. Rest up for a while before you go exploring. Visit a local market, restaurant, or attraction in the evening. a strolling tour of this Discover the city centre of Lisbon, discover the history of the Portuguese capital. Visit the fish market and traditional stores. savour regional specialties such as Pastel de Nata and Ginjinha View the daily activities of locals

    Day 2

    day 2 Lisbon: Fátima Half-Day Tour

    After Breakfast ,Take a trip north from Lisbon to visit the town of Fatima, home of the majestic Our Lady of Fatima Basilica, and famous for reported religious visions in the early 20th century.
    We will arrive first at the basilica, completed in 1953 and built at the site of religious apparitions that gained fame around the world.
    The basilica holds the tombs of the three children said to have seen the Virgin Mary, as well as a beautiful and ornate white marble interior.
    Afterwards, we will visit various sites related to the religious apparitions throughout the town. See the very site of the apparitions of an angel, and the place of the fourth apparition of Our Lady in 1917.

    day 3 Lisbon: Tour of Pena Palace and the Highlights of Sintra

    After breakfast, begin the tour by taking a look around the magnificent Pena Palace and the exotic Pena Park. This remarkable structure, which once served as the royal family's official summer residence, is decorated in a variety of decorative styles, symbols, and intriguing features.
    Explore the charming city centre of Sintra. Visit the lovely Quinta da Regaleira property. Discover the initiation well, the area's numerous lakes and fountains, and the aquarium there.
    Take a stroll through the historic village during your lunch break. Enjoy a quick stop at a neighbourhood patisserie to sample some of Sintra's famed treats. Finish your journey at the eclectic Monserrate Palace, a magnificent estate that once served as the Portuguese court's summer residence.

    day 4 Lisbon to Porto by Train

    Train from Lisbon to Porto: After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the train station to board the train bound for Porto. Upon arrival, you will then be taken to the hotel.

    day 5 Porto City tour with 6 bridges River Cruise & lunch

    After breakfast at the hotel, begin your adventure of Porto with a visit to the exterior of one of the most important monuments in the country, The Sé do Porto, the majestic cathedral located at the highest point of the city, a national treasure thanks to its great religious, architectural, and historical value.
    Continue as you head to Clérigos Tower, one of the most iconic monuments of the city that offers the opportunity to get a birds-eye view over Porto. Just a stone's throw away you will find the world-renowned Lello bookstore, one of the most spectacular and oldest in the world, famous for inspiring J.K. Rowling for her series of seven Harry Potter novels.
    Discover the most iconic railway station in Europe, and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful, São Bento, and be captivated by the thousands of tiles that represent Portugal's historic events. And what would a visit to Porto be, without having a sip of Port wine in one of its famous wineries? In addition, you will learn a little more about the process of making and the different styles.
    Feast on a traditional lunch in Ribeira, one of the most spectacular neighborhoods in the city that offers unique views over the Douro River. With your batteries recharged, board the boat that passes under the 6 bridges of Porto on a relaxing 50-minute river cruise along the Douro River. Fall in love with the city from a new perspective, and discover the bridges that link Porto and Gaia.

    day 6 Douro Valley: Wine Tour with Lunch, Tastings & River Cruise

    After the breakfast, today Take a tour to see the Douro Valley's breathtaking beauty. Take in views of the Douro Valley's distinctive landscape, which is a World Heritage Site. On a guided tour, discover a renowned Port Wine Estate and sample three different wines. Enjoy a delicious lunch while overlooking the vineyards on a family wine estate. In Pinho, unwind during a 1-hour Douro River cruise.

    After breakfast, you will get transferred from your Hotel to the Airport, later fly from Porto to Madeira and get transferred to your hotel in Madeira.

    Portugal: Lisbon, All-inclusive Algarve w/Douro valley cruise

    Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Bruno. Rides were on time and drivers were helpful. Seeing Fatima was nice but the overall experience there disappointed. It was basically a long drive out and back. The train rides were enjoyable and something we Americans rarely experience. Porto was lovely and "busy." Very nice accommodations at Porto Trindade and The Patio. The Neya Hotel was rather sterile compared to the others. The winery tours at Fonseco, Croft, etc and the river cruises were a highlight for our group - especially the guide David and bus driver Paulo. Amaranth was a nice stop with the church visit. Frankly, the airport experiences, which was beyond your control, left us disappointed.

    Highlights of Portugal W/Hanging Garden of Europe

    My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Portugal. The tour company made it easy to enjoy the trip without having to organize and research each step of the trip. Each guide did a very good job. We were also happy that we upgraded our tour to have private transfers and upgraded hotels. The transfers made it easy to get to each location easily with such a busy schedule. I also really appreciated the prompt communication I experienced with the tour company. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, I received an answer quickly. I would use this tour company again.

    Excellent Team - Reliable and Very Helpful

    The team at Wanderful and also Tourradar were excellent and efficient. They were quick to answer requests and questions in a constructive manner. The transfers were well worth it and the WhatsApp reminders of the next day's activities or train details made for an enjoyable, hassle-free trip. Excellent attention to detail. The hotels in Lisbon and Porto were 4-star rated, and the SANA Malhoa in Lisbon was particularly excellent. The Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club Hotel in Albufeira was not a 5-star hotel as it claimed, and some parts of the room needed updating. However, the view, location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. The tours provided, and our tour guides (Marco A, Bruno A, and Inez S), were informative and friendly.
