1. How can I book my holiday?

We have designed our site to make booking a holiday as simple and as stress-free as possible. Shortlist your holiday by navigating to the “Holiday Deals” section, or narrow down by visiting the “Destination” section. Both “Holiday Deals” & “Destination” sections are one of the yellow tabs on the navigation bar on top of any page. After narrowing down on your Holiday or Destination, click on “View Details” button and then on “Book Now” button. 2. How can I book my flights?

Shortlist your flight by navigating to the “Flights” section - one of the yellow tabs on the navigation bar on top of any page. Enter the requisite details in the search engine and click on the “Search” button. After narrowing down on your Flight, click on “Know More” button. 3. How do I know whether my flight / package booking is confirmed?

Once you make a booking on our website, we receive it at our end and process it. You will receive an email with all the package details. It’s worth checking your junk or spam email, if you don’t see it in your mailbox. We will accordingly inform you when to make the payment to confirm the booking. 4. How can I make the booking for package not listed on Wonderful Holidays website?

5. How come your flights are cheaper?

Usually search engines on most website reply on one or two reservation systems, we on the other hand check on multiple systems, which ensures you get the best deal vis-à-vis price and flight connection, timings and duration. If you call us, our expert fight consultants can suggest best options and make the reservation over the phone itself.

6. Are taxes and booking fee included in the total payable amount?

All our holiday packages and flight offers are including applicable taxes and charges. There is no, or a minimal booking fee applicable, depending on the product being booked. Please note that some taxes are not pre-payable and might be payable at the airport, hotel or the destination.

7. What payment modes are accepted?

We accept payment by most major credit cards & debit cards. We will charge electronically or send a credit card authorization form, as applicable. You can fill the authorization form and return to us via email at knowmore@wonderfulholidays.co.uk. You can even take a photo of the filled form and send us by Whats App on +44 8000843683 .

8. Who will be the merchant on my credit card statement?

The charge on your credit card / bank statement will reflect under the name of “Travcraft Ltd

9. How can I contact while on holiday?

Rest assured, we are on hand to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 10. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy varies from one product to another. Each airline, hotel and tour operator has its own cancellation policy. You will be advised the same at the time of booking.

11. How do I get my refund after cancellation?

In case of voluntary cancellation of holiday package (excluding flights), refund will be processed within 30 working days of cancellation. Refund will be processed into the same account from which payment was made.

In case of cancellation of Flight Booking, refund will be processed as and when the same is received from the airline, which varies from 14 to 28 working days. In the interim, we will issue you a credit voucher, which can be used towards any bookings in the future with us.

12. Is Wonderful Holidays a registered company?

We are registered as “Travcraft Ltd”.

Wonderful Holidays has also formally applied for an ATOL (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) to give it even more credibility and industry wide reach.

13. Is it safe to book flights and holidays through the company’s website, and make payment by credit card?

Our website www.wonderfulholidays.co.uk is a secure website. You can see the small padlock icon next to the website address in your browser’s search bar. Wonderful Holidays also follows all requisite data protection laws. Your personal data is always secure. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protects your sensitive information such as credit card information, usernames and passwords.

14. What information do I need when I’m ready to book my holiday?

We’ll need all your personal information required by the airlines, hotel, cruise line, etc. We need a copy of your passport - so it’s usually a good idea to take a picture of your passport information page and email it to your Travel Consultant. We’ll also need your billing address, cell phone number, emergency contact information and credit card information (when it is time to make your payment). You may also require a visa, our Travel Consultant will guide you in this regard.

15. Do I have to pay in full right away

It depends. Some types of travel require full payment; however, in many cases we’ll just need a down payment or deposit. It also depends on the timing. If your travel dates are within 45-60 days of booking, full payment may be required immediately.
