Every pick-up, drop-off, appointment, and boarding pass was perfectly timed. My first time in Greece was wonderful! The itinerary was well put together and very convenient, especially with hotel transfers arranged between cities. I traveled solo and felt safe throughout. While it's not a group tour, I’d recommend going with a travel companion if possible. I appreciated the flexibility to plan additional excursions on my own, in addition to the included sunset cruise in Santorini. The agency was very responsive to any questions or concerns—thank goodness for WhatsApp!

We had a great time in Greece. The Wonderful Holidays team's hotel and transportation logistics service was seamless. We were a bit nervous at the beginning, but the communication and quality of the hotels were superb. We could just focus on having fun at each location, and the WH team took care of everything else. The customer service was excellent. I didn't realise that Wanderful Holidays would be checking us in for ferry crossings, internal flights, tours etc. Taking this off our hands was a lovely added bonus. All transfers happened very smoothly. One of our tours was cancelled at very short notice and Wanderful Holidays managed to book us on another identical tour. When the operator charged us for entrance fees (which were included in the cancelled tour) Wanderful Holidays refunded us the costs within 24 hours. Our accommodation in Mykonos was outstanding. i have removed 1 star because the accommodation in Athens, in my opinion, was more suited to business travel than holiday travel and the location could have been better. In saying that the accommodation was clean and breakfast included. Accommodation in Santorini - this is a tough one to review. This is a family run, traditional Greek hotel and the rooms are in need of an update. However ,the hospitality shown by the host is second to none. George and his family are amazing hosts. The location is a long way from Fira or Oia BUT Kamari is lovely and on the beach. I agree with a previous review that an extra day in Athens and at least one extra day in Santorini (due to the location of the hotel) would be better. Overall I would recommend Wanderful Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Wanderful did an incredible job planning our 9-day vacation to Greece! Our group consisted of 5 adults and there was some complexities and various changes requested, but each time Wanderful accommodated us and prioritized an optimal experience. Overall, it was a great trip! We didn’t know that we would not be with a big group of people doing the same things. I was very individualized. My daughter and I had an amazing time. I am very glad you added on Athens. Highly recommend this trip!

Denise was our tour guide. She was absolutely incredible. She was so sweet and kind to our family. It felt like we were long time friends and she was showing us her beautiful home. We would have never experienced Venice this way, without her help.

Our family of 7 took an Italy and Greece tour in June. Wanderful holidays allowed us to make small customized changes to add an extra day stop on a travel day and add an extra day at the end. Any issues that popped up, were immediately handled with grace (which inevitably happen when traveling). The hotels we stayed at were perfect for our family, airport transfers made pickups and drop offs on travel days much less stressful. Preemptively, the team asked questions about luggage etc that helped inform us on packing. Traveling with a large group is no small feat, but the team made our experience much less stressful than had we planned all of the tours/transfers on our own and we had the quick back up needed when we had questions or concerns immediately. Will definitely use them again for our next big trip!!

There were a lot of moving parts as I swapped out 1 component for another, the Tourradar team never flinched. They were always positive that things could and would be done. Wanderful Holiday's the actual tour operator for my particular tour went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to, what I would call "On the field play" or coordinating the stuff on the ground on game day. Wanderful Holiday's acted and responded in appropriate fashion when it mattered. In short Tourradar and Wanderful Holiday's for my trip did a masterful job. A couple of thinnngs I would like to mention (not negative things) At the meet up location for tours the tour guide need to make their presence more obvious. My tour guide in Venice was great, but it took a moment to find her, I think better sinage (a bright colored flag hoisted in the air) could solve the issue. Another part that may take a little getting use too are the private transfer drivers/connections. While the drivers did show up to the designated locations and most did this on time, I was never quite sure who they were or what type of vehicle they were driving. Some drivers did send a text with their picture, but that does not help when they are sitting in a dark colored vehicle with tinted windows :-). On a couple on a few occasions my wife and I were waiting for the driver and the driver was already there waiting for us. These items were minor in the grand scheme of a trip that had 11 days of a loaded itinerary. Great Job you all!

Very busy itinerary but doable

Our customized Italy & Greece trip was amazing!! Wanderful Holidays factored in every one of our requests into the planning and all of the accommodations and tours were top notch! They arranged all of the transportation between our stops and everything went seamlessly. The team provided daily reminders and confirmation of the next day’s happenings and were very responsive when needed. I highly recommend Wanderful Holidays for an international trip!!

Great trip Venice, Rome, Santorini. The use of WhatsApp to stay connected working really well. I received frequent updates to know everything was set for our outings and numbers I could easily access if I had questions. It was like they were right there, without being right there. My friends and I really enjoyed this tour! It was the trip of a lifetime. The team at Wanderful is very responsive. The accommodations in Santorini and Crete were super nice and in nice locations. I would totally book another tour with them.

As a newlywed, October is the best time to visit Greece and the team here made it easy.

We had an excellent trip! Everything worked out in the end, with one ferry being cancelled due to it being on Christmas Day itself. People were amazing in Greece, the food and hospitality shown us was fantastic! All of our transfers happened without a hitch, the caldera tour is Santorini was enjoyable! I’d recommend this tour!

The best part of the tour was the communication with Rose, Wendy, Sam and Alberto. The promptness, clarity and helpfulness in their communication was impressive. Their role in organising transport etc was commendable. Many good wishes for their good work! My suggestions for some other aspects: 1. If a person opts for a group tour, at least inform them in advance that it will be not be a group tour if it so happens, rather than leaving it to them to discover when they find themselves alone on reaching the destination. 2. Select your hotels carefully keeping in mind that your customers are paying you money to have an enjoyable tour experience that a tourist looks for. If you give a hotel which is located at a completely secluded place and does not offer even the basic facilities, it spoils a tourist's experience to a large extent. 3. Prepare a standard guiding document for your various tours, like many good tour companies do. This type of document includes helpful suggestions on what to expect, what to pack, what kind of weather, what precautions to take, currency suggestions, location and shopping scenarios etc. If you have a ready and comprehensive document like this, you can share it with all your customers for a particular tour well in time. Outstanding Service! Excellent communication throughout the process, from booking to final checkout. Even in the single instance when weather did not cooperate and forced to cancel a sailing activity, the team helped finding and booking a good alternative.
