Excellent holiday! Very well organised - the team: Hannah, Lilly, Barbara, Wendy Penny, Sam- put a lot of effort into organising an excellent itinerary. Brilliant communication with the local teams on the ground, couple of minor hiccups out of their control (eg a local domestic flight cancelled with nothing till the next day), which they helped me deal with very efficiently and I felt very looked after throughout. Would happily use them again! Pro tips for future travellers: ignore the guide books, no one speaks English, get a good few Spanish sentences ready! Laundry - do at El calafate hotel - half the price of everywhere else! In puerto natales there is quite alot of street noise on the sea view room - I’m a good sleeper so it didn’t bother me at all but light sleepers might want a different room! We recently took a trip to Argentina and Brazil, planned by Wanderful Holidays. The drivers and guides that were scheduled for us were all amazing. Pick ups and transfers were seamless and comfortable. Private tours in Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Rio were perfect. Communication by email and WhatsApp was excellent. My only disappointment was the level of service and accommodations at the hotels that were selected. Our rooms (3 rooms for a family of 7) were on separate floors in the first and last hotels. The hotels were in the 3-4 star category, at most, and we planned for 5 star.

My friend and I had a great time during our tour. From the time we were picked up from the airport in Buenos Aires and back to the airport in Rio, the prearranged tours were packed with the must-see spots in both cities but the best is the iguazu falls. We saw both sides (Argentina/Brazil) and it was awesome. The tour also has a relaxed schedule that we don’t feel drained at the end of the day. It was great too that there were free days so we had a choice to chill or just roam around the city. The tour company is very responsive to questions prior and during the tour. Thanks team for making our vacation memorable?

I booked a trip to South America through Wanderful. Their reviews were the main reason I chose them, and the reviews were correct. They worked hard to ensure I was happy with the planning and holiday experience. I sent in a number of questions after booking, and the gave prompt responses most every time. They don’t compete on price because they book higher quality tours and hotels. This generally leads to less surprises when on vacation, which is worth it. The only minor improvement would be communication of some details (i.e. who/ how will the next event work). In summary, I would book another vacation with them since they are quite good and aim for high customer satisfaction.

Just came back from a 18 days South America trip. It’s one of few packages that includes everything I’m looking for, Patagonia, Iguazu falls, and Christ the Redeemer. This is a booking agency that book all tickets, tours, transfers at each location, they do not offer ONE consistent guide with you entire time. But again However, the staff at Wanderful was very supportive during the entire trip with daily check ins and prompt responses to inquiries or issues. Everything was smooth. They ask for feedback for hotels, etc. For example, I did NOT like hotel in Buenos Aires (poor set up), and gave them feedback. Also recommend a different hotel in Foz de Iguazu, hotel is fine but location is too far from town. If any inconvenience occurs or kinks happens, the team find ways to correct it. One thing to note, I went on this trip with a friend and we had to pay additional fee to guarantee two beds, which was unexpected. Also if you go with other ppl you become a unit, meaning one person can’t opt for one optional thing while the other decides to sit out.

The overall experience is good. I would suggest that you come with friends other than travel alone. The team always communicates with me through WhatsApp, that made me feel safe. Some of the hotel staff didn’t speak English when I check in, that caused some confusion other than that it’s ok. I thought there will be a tour guide then with me from the beginning to the end but it didn’t. It feels like self assistant tour where I have to stay alert all the time. Different drivers will come to pick up me everyday but they are all kinda nice though. The tour company offered me free tango show and upgrade my room in rio to an ocean view. Overall the trip is pretty good.

Wow what a four. While relatively short, this was a great trip to see the highlights of Argentina and Brazil. There was a perfect amount of time at each location to take in the sights and we did it feel rushed at all. We did a bit of an add on and went to a tango show as well As both sides of Iguazú Falls and a jeep tour in Rio. All Were well worth it and I'm glad we added these on. The transfers and tour guides etc were first rate and everything was well organized. The tour team kept in daily communication amd confounded all our pick up times daily and when we had some minor provider issues they were very quick to rectify and make right. Everything for transfers , flights and a conflation was great. . Cannot talk more highly of this tour and the providers - Wandeful Holidays provide such a personalized service and you do not feel like another number . It was so assuring to know they were only a call or message away if we needed assistance and that gave us great peace of mind. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the sights of Brazil and Argentina.

I normally don't take time to write reviews but I am for this one. Wendy and the whole Team Wanderfull has been by far the best tour company we have dealt with due to various reasons. Every step of the way, they have communicated with us no matter the time of the day and they followed up to make sure our needs were attended. Team Wanderfull checked up on us regularly to make sure things went well, I believe on a daily basis. They have been very accommodating to us and to our needs. We received prompt refund for our money when we needed to change/cancel the day tour that the company provided to a tour that fits our needs and time. We were provided extra tour when we missed our first tour since we somehow did not realize we had to meet our tour guide on our first day in Buenos Aires. Can't really blame us on this one since we were tired and hungry after having almost 24 hrs of no sleep and being hungry :). Team Wanderfull was able to book a last minute show for us and accommodated our request for a specific show. Team Wanderfull made sure we were satisfied with the hotel that we stayed at and moved us to a different hotel since our rooms were unsatisfactory (in Rio), even if Wanderfull had to eat up the cost of transferring us to another hotel. All the arrangements for the move were promptly made. Wanderfull Tour really stands up to its name as they truly are a wonderful company! This tour was a lifetime experience. I had troubles with my hotel room but the team immediately transferred us. Our driver was late picking us up for the airport but the team approved and refunded us for our taxi . The team is very efficient and professional. The tour was brilliant and had great highlights to offer in every country. We particularly liked the variety of nature and big cities! In addition, everything was so perfectly organized that you really didn't have to worry about anything. This is what a vacation should be like.

Great communication with the company and with daily reminders and updates made travel in South America much easier. Plenty of free time to further explore after organised tours with excellent guides. Good quality accommodation in safe and well located areas.

We travelled to Argentina and Brazil with this amazing company. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had a flight cancelled due to an election in Argentina and whilst this was an expensive experience when it became clear we were not going to fly to Brazil a hotel and alternative flights were organised quickly and the impact on our holiday was limited. They are always available to answer questions and concerns swiftly and in our best interests. Travel with confidence it has been my 50th birthday whilst away and I was surprised with a lovely massive birthday cake! Their attention to detail and communication are outstanding. You're in very safe and talented hands whilst away. I certainly will book with this company again.

Our trip with Wanderful Holidays was from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro. We left Switzerland 3 weeks before the booked trip and have been on a cruise without internet connections and without closer information about our trip. When we then arrived in Argentina we had all vouchers on Whatsapp and was available. It was great to receive reminders and confirmations a day before a transfer, flight or tour was planned. Once the transfer and tour were not going the way as informed before and was a short uncertainty but the contact via Whatsapp was fast and helpful and we got a free lunch then on the NP. And once we were waiting for a tour more than 2 hours as told us to be ready. Later it was a mistake from the hotel which did not get us the message they received about the delay. Even then we received an additional tour in the NP and it was not a fault from Wanderful Holidays. Really helpful and great team! Hotels have been on good locations and we are really satisfied with Wanderful Holidays. Great thanks to all in the team!

Thanks for all your help on my trip! It was an amazing experience and I learned so much! The logistics of the company Wanderful Holidays was well organized and providing emergency numbers definitely helped. I even had to use one on an excursion where I thought the tour guide left me ? but I called the listed number and the day was saved. I loved that you reassured me daily that my transportation or excursion was confirmed. I have made it back home safely and definitely would use Wanderful Holidays again and wanted to personally say I appreciated your help Wendy and all who were involved with helping me. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Just the right pace for seniors like us! The falls was the highlight ( highly recommend the boat ride) especially because our tour was personalized with just the 6 of us ! Junior our guide spoke good English and catered to our needs and preferences! The only hitch there was Vicky and Edna were assigned to a room with one queen bed - able to switch the next day! In retrospect we could have seen more in Argentina - we were in a bus with other groups and the guide spoke mostly in Spanish! The highlight there was the beautiful Tango Show and the excellent steak dinner at a restaurant recommended by our guide on our first day! We would have seen more had we taken a personalized tour - gives us a reason to go back! Our tour guide in Brazil was excellent but again we were with a big group and unfortunately the weather was not optimal! We couldn’t get good photos and two in our group were not able to go up the Christ the Redeemer because we had to use the stairs! Thankfully, weather improved so we had a good visit to Sugarloaf mountain ! The tour ended with an excellent Brazilian rodizio meal! The ff. day we had good weather and unanimously decided we would go back to see Christ the Redeemer and it paid off! Just 2 blocks from our hotel we were fortunate to get an excellent driver/ guide who brought us back to Corcovado and this time, elevators were working and weather was great! Overall, we had a great time and would rate our trip 4 stars- thank you all for making it happen!
